What you need
- A valid ID (NIDA, Zanzibar ID, passport or driving licence)
- Your phone number and address
- A guarantor with their ID and phone number
- The deposit, by cash, mobile money or bank
Good to know
Who owns the furniture while I am paying?
Seify Royal Furniture owns it until every shilling is paid. Then we issue a Certificate of Full Payment and it is fully yours.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes, at any time and with no penalty.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit covers reserving, preparing and delivering your furniture, so it is non-refundable.
What if I pay late?
There is a 7-day grace period after each due date, with a late charge. If an instalment stays unpaid after that, the agreement allows us to recover the furniture. Talk to us early if you have a problem; we would much rather find a solution.
